What is mein.berlin.de?

The website mein.berlin.de is a service provided by the State of Berlin for citizen participation. Here you can find information about projects of Berlin’s administration and contribute your own ideas and suggestions. Anyone who is interested in shaping our city can participate. Citizens are experts on their own local surroundings. It is therefore important that their voices are heard!

Why and how to participate?

Not all wishes can be realised. Nevertheless, it is helpful for the projects if many people contribute and discuss their ideas. This way, new aspects can flow into the planning and strong arguments can find majorities. In the end, it's all about finding solutions together that make Berlin even more liveable! Convinced and motivated to join in on the conversation and contribute to shaping the city? Great, because your participation is invaluable! All you have to do is register on the website mein.berlin.de. Registration takes less than a minute and can also be done anonymously. You only need an email address, a password, and a name. This can be annoying, but it makes it harder for bots and trolls to disrupt the participation process.

No smartphone? No problem.
